Become a mobile.de dealer and take advantage of our wide range of features and extra services. Here you have all prices at a glance.

As a mobile.de dealer, you will benefit from the following:

  • the mobile.de Professional Domain: search and advertise using customised forms; effective Sellers’ Tools, net prices and simple data backups
  • Numerous other free features: the success monitor, ad statistics, the print centre, interface, and much more
  • Your own homepage with personalised Internet address: www.mobile.de/YourName

Cost

mobile.international GmbH invoices you for services rendered during the previous month. Your costs are based on the average number of ads that you have run per day on mobile.de within one month.
This monthly average is calculated by recording your number of ads each day. On the first working day of the following month, your total number of daily ads is calculated and divided by the number of days in the current calendar month. The results are rounded off where applicable and invoiced according to the price levels below.
 

Each scale package includes a certain number of free new ad placements. By ‘new ad placements’, we mean new or updated ads which are 0 days old. The number of free new ad placements you receive is the same as the maximum number of ads in your price scale.

This price list is valid from April 1, 2014.

mobile.de New Cars

As a registered dealer, you can offer in-stock vehicles and/or on-order vehicles on mobile.de New Cars. Listing in-stock vehicles is free of charge; the listing of on-order vehicles is a paid service. In using mobile.de New Cars, you also position your dealership as an expert local partner and get out the message to potential new car buyers about your extended services.

New car requests for on-order vehicles
mobile.de New Cars offers consumer users the possibility to obtain offers for new cars with no obligation. To receive new car requests for on-order vehicles, register the brands you sell on mobile.de New Cars. Fees are based on the number of brands offered, regardless of how many requests you receive.

The service is always invoiced for an entire calendar month. Thus, the monthly fee is also due if you register a brand on the 10th of the month or cancel a brand on the 20th of the month.

The cost of the Standard Account is based on the monthly average of your placed ads, as listed in the following table.

The Pro Account offers additional features that you can use to optimize the display of your ads and sales. The cost of the Pro Account is twice the price of the Standard Account.

Use of the Professional Domain is included in all price scales.

Starting with price scale 71, each additional vehicle is calculated separately at EUR 3.50 per vehicle on average per month. The number of the price level corresponds to the maximum number of advertised vehicles.

New ad placements are new or updated ads that are 0 days old. For each price level, you get a specific quota of free new ads, based on the maximum number of ads in your current price package. Additional new ads cost EUR 2.99 each.

mobile.de Sellers' Tools

mobile.de’s Sellers' Tools enable you to improve your online offering and improve your sales. Unless otherwise stated, the Sellers' Tools are visible exclusively on the classic mobile.de website and not within the mobile apps or on the mobile portal.
All prices are subject to VAT.

 

  • Top Ad (per vehicle/day, EUR 3.00 to EUR 7.00)

    The Top Ad places your vehicle in the top slot of the search results pages, under the condition that your vehicle matches the potential buyer's search criteria. If more than three Top Ads match a search query, the top displayed ad is selected at random from all the matching booked Top Ads.
     

    Top Ad (for Desktop): EUR 5.00
    Besides top placement in the search results, the Top Ad for Desktop also displays an extra-large image, your contact information and a link to your mobile.de dealer homepage. The Top Ad for Desktop does not display on smartphones or tablets.

    Cost stopper: The total monthly cost for the Top Ad (for Desktop) will not exceed 500% of the net cost of your current price scale – no matter how many Top Ads you book.


    Top Ad Mobile: EUR 3.00
    The Top Ad Mobile appears at the top of the search results, with colour highlighting plus a banner. It is optimized for display on smartphones and tablets and is only viewable on these devices. The Top Ad Mobile can only be booked via the interface.

    Cost stopper: The total monthly cost for the Top Ad Mobile will not exceed 500% of the net cost of your current price scale – no matter how many Top Ads you book.


    Top Ad Combo (for desktop, tablets and smartphones): EUR 7.00
    The Top Ad Combo displays your booked Top Ads on desktop computers as well as smartphones and tablets. The Top Ad Combo can only be booked via the interface.

    Cost stopper: The total monthly cost for the Top Ad Combo will not exceed 700% of the net cost of your current price scale – no matter how many Top Ads you book.

  • Page-1-Ad (EUR 1.20 per vehicle/day)

    With the Page-1-Ad, your ad will be listed on the first page of search results when your vehicle matches a potential buyer's search criteria (flagged as a ‘sponsored ad’). If there are more than three Page-1-Ads that fit the search, the ads presented are selected at random from all the ads ordered.

    Price security: the total monthly cost for Page-1-Ads may not exceed a specified sum. You pay a maximum of 200% of the net cost of your price scale – no matter how many Page-1-Ads you place.

  • Red Pen Price (EUR 0.90 per vehicle/day)

    The Red Pen Price quickly lets customers know when a price has been reduced. The old price is crossed out next to the new lower price. The Red Pen price appears in the search results list and in your ad's Detail View.

    Price security

    For users of the standard account, the monthly costs of the Red Pen Price will not xceed a certain amount. You will pay a maximum of 90 percent of the net cost according to your price scale – irrespective of the number of Red Pen Prices displayed.

    For users of the Pro Account, the Red Pen Price is included free of charge.

    Booking

    You can use the Inventory List to activate or deactivate the Red Pen Price for individual vehicles or for the entire inventory at any time.


    Terms 


    The ad displays a Red Pen Price if you have advertised a vehicle at a certain price for at least 14 days and then reduce the price. The price reduction must be at least 2 percent. After a valid price reduction, the Red Pen Price is displayed for 30 days. If the Red Pen Price is active for more than 30 days due to a further price reduction, the reference price (shown as a crossed-out price) is based on the active price from 30 days prior.
    Only the days on which the Red Pen Price is displayed are counted.

    The Red Pen Price is automatically disabled

    • the last valid price reduction was made 30 days ago;
    • the price is increased again;
    • the ad is marked as new.

    After each deactivation, a vehicle must be re-offered at a certain price at least 14 days before the price can be reduced again.


    Legal Information


    Price discounts may be impermissible under competition law in individual cases if

    • a price reduction is feigned by first increasing and then reducing the price;
    • the higher price is (was) only used to make the reduced price look particularly attractive ("unrealistic price"). 

    Non-compliance with these rules may result in competitors or consumer protection associations serving you with a warning, the costs of which you will be liable for.

  • Eyecatcher Ad (EUR 0.40 per vehicle/day)

    With the Eyecatcher, the search results show your ads enlarged and with colour highlighting and a clearer structure that helps them to stand out.

    Eyecatcher ads are also randomly selected to appear on the mobile.de homepage under 'Recently advertised vehicles' (Prerequisite: at least two pictures). Additionally, the Eyecatcher will also be displayed in the list of search results of our mobile apps, e.g. mobile.de iPhone or Android App.

    Price security: the total monthly cost for Eyecatcher ads may not exceed a specified sum. You pay a maximum of 100% of the net cost of your price scale – no matter how many Eyecatcher ads you place.

  • Financing Offer (EUR 0.10 per vehicle/day)

    You can add Finance Offers to your ads (excluded: commercial vehicles). When you order a Finance Offer, your ad appears in detail on the Detailed Item Page and is flagged on the search results pages.

    Price security: the total monthly cost for the Finance Offer may not exceed a specified sum. You pay a maximum of 60% of the net cost of your price scale – no matter how many Finance Offers you order.

  • Mark as 'New' (free contingent, according to your price scale; EUR 2.99 per usage thereafter)

    Newly listed vehicles are specially flagged in the list of search results. You can take advantage of this by marking your ads as 'New'. This will help you draw more attention to your vehicles. Your ads also stay in the parking lists.

    Cost: you have an allotment of free settings that corresponds to the maximum number of ads in your scale package (see table). Each additional ad marked as 'New' costs EUR 2.99.

  • SMS service (free)

    With the SMS service, any emailed customer enquiries are sent straight to your mobile by SMS at no additional cost to you.

  • Direct Link (EUR 150.00 per annum)

    The Direct Link takes customers to an external homepage or to your mobile.de dealer homepage. Your offering is linked from both your ad’s Detailed Item View and from the Dealer Search.

  • Inventory Link (free)

     

    You can add the Inventory Link to your own homepage at no charge so that your mobile.de inventory also appears on your own site.

     

  • VIN Requests

    The VIN query allows you to automatically add vehicle details and features using the vehicle identification number (VIN). You can purchase different size packages of VIN queries in advance and then use them for individual vehicles.

  • Banner Ads (see table)


    You can use a variety of customised, regionalised banners to advertise on mobile.de. Get in touch with our mobile.de team – they will be happy to advise you on creating your own custom banners.
    To ensure maximum effectiveness, your banner will only appear if the potential buyer’s search criteria match the criteria you have defined. You may select from these criteria: postcode area, make, model, price, year of manufacture, mileage, power, new vehicle, used, fuel type.

    Please note: the price is calculated based on the number of banners shown, not on visitor clicks on your banner. When the banner has expired, you will be provided with detailed statistics about its success: the number of effectively shown banners, the number of clicks and the click rate (in per cent).

Other charges and billing details


Re-setup fee: EUR 75.00 per re-setup

This one-off fee becomes due if mobile.de have terminated the contract without notice, or definitively blocked the account, due to a contravention of the GTC, due to a default in payment or due to any other important reason.


Invoicing, Due date of monthly payment

Billing is by emailed invoice. The total shown in the invoice is immediately due for payment and mobile.de will collect it by direct debit.

Termination notice

The period of notice for cancelling the contract is two weeks prior to the end of the month.
